This season, we’ll be giving you what you really want: GLITZ, GLAM, BOOTIE, PUNK, METAL, COOL, ROCK –the top musts on your lust list. We’re as excited as you are about the ’90’s Punk resurrection, so we’ve curated styles we just know you’ll need. The ankle boot will steal the show and integrate itself into your wardrobe as a new staple, while metal detailing is sure to provide an edge, no matter your style.
With awesome trends and your every desire in mind, we designed the “GIVE ME ALDO” campaign to pay homage to your style-obsessed inner voice– it’s a dedication to YOU: the Playful, the Curious and the Rebellious. So rip off those polite white gloves and dive into a dimension echoing this rallying cry: our intrinsic need to have what’s hot, right now. After all, we’re all part of the Rhythm Nation.
We’ve called upon photog-extraordinaire Terry Richardson to capture the spontaneity, charm and cool of the hottest du moment models Lily Donaldson, Florian Van Bael, Jourdan Dunn, Jessica Stam and Anais Pouliot, along with ALDO-newbies-but-goodies Ming Xi, Mathias Lauridsen to express our mischievously playful side.
Pinned-up and rocked-out, the models’ vibrancy took over the shoot: their vivid lipstick reds and moto black outfits mystified the simplistic and stripped-down sets. Of course, our killer Fall Winter 2013 Collection is what inevitably stole the show.
So this season, forget your manners. Gimme, gimme always gets – ALDO, of course.
