To launch our much-anticipated ALDO Rise Fall Winter 2013 Collection, designed by none of than PREEN, we knew we had to blow it out of the water. Without the collection even being in-stores, magazine giants, bloggers and fashionados alike were on the edge of their tweets. The pressure was on: go big or go home.

So we flew to New York City, called our fash-friends at ELLE Magazine and collaborated together for the first time ever on October 24, 2013, to create the ultimate launch and (high) fashion-packed shopping experience that would serve justice to our fave collection yet.

DJ Hesta Prynn’s beats got shoppers bumpin’when they weren’t too busy avidly taking style-tips from co-host bloggers Mackenzie Horan and Kat Tanita. Elle Magazine’s Accessories Editor Jennifer Gach’s was also onsite providing invaluable accessory advice (d’uh: her job is her livelihood, specialty and obsession). And in case she was caught up in too many shoe convos, we showcased her top selects at the front of the store so stylistas knew to spend their 15% off wisely on pre-approved footwear. And with bouchées, bubbly, gifts with purchases and interactive photobooth, proof is in the party: we rocked this event out of the (Central) Park.
